(NASDAQ: TIBX), today announced the release of TIBCO Spotfire DecisionSite® 9.1, its visual and interactive analytics software used predominantly by scientists and engineers to speed insights in technical information.
Spotfire DecisionSite® 9.1 is the latest update to the TIBCO Spotfire® Enterprise Analytics platform that is comprised of TIBCO Spotfire DXP™ software, the TIBCO Spotfire® Analytics Server, and Spotfire® Analytic Solutions. This new release supports the workflow in pharmaceutical research organizations by enabling research chemists and other pharmaceutical researchers to streamline the process of gathering, analyzing, and distributing information on chemical structures.
Spotfire DecisionSite 9.1 allows chemists to begin an analysis, analyze data, and export results faster than ever before. The software easily recognizes and imports standard data types, such as SD Files and improves chemical structure visualization enabling researchers to better explore and understand their data. Additional functionality allows users to export their results to SD files or presentation-ready graphics easily.
In addition to an enhanced user experience, this release adds further application integration and platform support. Spotfire DecisionSite now integrates with Symyx Isentris (previously MDL Isentris), a key application for research and discovery. This software release integrates with Symyx Draw 2.1 and the Symyx Direct 6.0 data cartridge (also previously MDL applications). Spotfire DecisionSite 9.1 also supports Microsoft Vista OS and Microsoft Office 2007.
