(NASDAQ: TIBX) today announced that it has entered into a partnership with the Scientific business of Thomson Reuters ("Scientific”) to develop a hosted analytics solution built on the TIBCO Spotfire Enterprise Analytics platform.  The solution will be available as a premium service for Scientific's customers.
