1. How we use and collect your information

We will not sell or rent your personal contact information to other companies. We will not disclose your personal contact information to other companies, except in the limited manner and for the limited purposes described below. The Spotfire Web site has several forms that may require you to provide your name, mailing address, phone , fax number, and e-mail address. We use this contact information to send promotional material about our company and products, and, in some cases, on behalf of related third party products and services. If you have purchased our software, expressed an interest in Spotfire products or were recommended by a colleague, we may use this information to notify you of new products, updates, or other information. Spotfire uses current and past user information internally within Spotfire, its partners, and service providers in order to provide support, service, promotional and/or other product information.

Spotfire sends many types of email and postal mail including electronic newsletters, Webcast and event announcements, Product upgrade information, etc. You may choose to not receive these types of correspondence.

To remove your name from e-mail or postal mail lists: Simply submit the removal form. Note: Operational correspondence for customers, such as e-mails containing Personal License Passwords (passcodes), product update notices, and maintenance renewal notifications are not optional.


Changes to the Privacy Policy

Spotfire may make improvements or changes in the information, services, products, and other materials on the Spotfire Web site, at any time without notice. Spotfire may modify this Privacy Policy at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified Privacy Policy.
