Requirements

1. Spotfire DecisionSite for Lead Discovery version 9.1 or later. If you're not sure if you have the Lead Discovery product, start up DecisionSite, and under the File menu, Switch DecisionSite, ensure that you can select DecisionSite for Lead Discovery. If you're not sure what version of DecisionSite you're running, under the Help menu select About Spotfire DecisionSite.
2. A structure sketching program such as ChemDraw or MDL Draw.

Instructions

1. Right-click on the following 2 links and save the 2 files to your computer: Sample data, DecisionSite guide
2. In DecisionSite, select Guides, Run from File, and select the sar_guide.sfg file. You will see a panel appear on the left. (Note: If you do not see a Guides menu, click here.)
3. Follow the instructions.
