Spotfire v Business Objects XI

Hi All

I have been tasked with organising a migration project from our Legacy version of BO to the new XI. As part of this I have been asked to incldue a comparison with Spotfire, when you woul use it in place of BO and how powerful it is in comparison etc.

Do you know of anywhere I Could get this information or would it be a case of compiling a list and posting them here for a response?

Hi Jim,

Are you comparing with the BusinessObject XI only or with Xcelsius too?

Hi 4C

I have to be honest and say I am in the early stages of this and therefore am only aware of Xcelsius as an Add-on. Primarily our focus is to compare with BO XI.

Is it therefore more pertinent to compare it with Xcelsius rather than BO XI solely?
