    For every new line when writing to this forum, I have to use "

    Is it something possbile to avoid this and automate it.

    Hi John,

    I do not have the same experience as you..when I enter text into the message box, it will be entered as RTF, and will be converted behind the scenes to HTML.  There should not be a need to enter any HTML tags. If you want to add HTML tags, you can by clicking on the 'HTML" button in the toolbar.

    Can you tell me what browser and version you are using as well as what operating system you have? This will help me in debugging the error you are experiencing.

    Thats what I am also expecting . I am experiencing this for the first time.

    I am using IE7 and Windows XP SP2.

    Hi,

    I experienced this also from my Symbian mobile phone on Opera Mobile.

    When I use IE8/XPit works fine for me.

    Some times it takes me to Rich Text window, some times not. Looks like there is a bug some where.
