What account is the Web Player process running under (the "Spotfire" application pool if IIS 7)? IIRC the NT_AUTHORITY\Network Service account is the default, and that account does not have access right to network disks. /P

Hi John, Spotfire Server is a tomcat based java app server taking care of all infrastructure. Spotfire WebPlayer is an IIS based / web based "client" that connects to the Spotfire Server similar to the locally installed TIBCO Spotfire Professional client. Christof

The Web Player Server does not support the Web Garden for IIS 6.0. The Web Player analyses are held “in process” and when you run Web Gardens, the sessions are out of process and you cannot tell which process the analysis will end up in. Different calls to the server may end up in different processes...
