Abstract
FWFD lacked an effective way to extract and integrate the data needed for FWFD’s reports because it is housed in a number of databases. Analyses were done ad hoc in the form of SQL queries written in response to each information request. The data was then put into Excel spreadsheets, with occasional charts generated to visually depict the data.
